The Core is the group of muscles around your mid section that supports your back and stabilises you against the forces of gravity. See below for some groups of exercises that will achieve Core strength. Every second day pick 3 different exercises and do 3 sets of 12 repetitions, and for the bridge exercises hold for 1 min and increase by 10 seconds each week until you can hold for at least 2mins 30 seconds.
