I always thought if I could just stay motivated for long enough, I could whip my body back into shape. My health & fitness was waning and I couldn’t stay motivated, so I began to train with Jason from Phoenix Muscle & Fitness.

I soon discovered that even if I’d been consistent training on my own, what I was doing was not effective. Jason showed me I needed to train specifically for the results I wanted and that Diet & Rest were also critical ingredients and I wasn’t paying enough attention to them. At first I found the training very demanding. I never thought I could work so hard, but the results came so fast I started to look forward to the training. Now my whole attitude and lifestyle has changed.

Jason has a unique approach, you never know what you’re going to get and it’s always interesting. More importantly it gets results. It’s a holistic approach, my diet & sleeping patterns have improved out of site, my energy levels are so much higher, and now when I train, I train hard and I enjoy it, at 35 I’m fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been.

My husband and I had tried various styles of working out from Gym Membership where they take your money and forget about you to outdoor group fitness classes where the same workout is rehashed at a moderate level of intensity. 

After travelling overseas and a year of over indulgence with no exercise we finally decided to get serious and try something different. That’s when we found Jason. 

Not only did Jason sit down with us and explain in easy to understand terms how important our nutrition is, he also introduced us to Cross Training and a level of strength and fitness training we had never experienced. 

Over the last 9 months we have both achieved substantial weight loss, body fat loss and muscle gain and we are stronger and fitter than we have ever been in our lives. Even niggling injuries and painful joints have gone. 

The variety of the workout programs has meant that we never know what we are going to get so it is impossible to get bored or tired of the workouts. Jason leads by example and is very giving of his knowledge of all aspects of health and fitness so there really is no room for failure if you listen and follow his program. 

His passion for fitness is addictive and we are forever grateful to Jason for turning our lives and our health around.

UPDATE 27 Feb 10 - Heidi has now lost over 35kg and has just bought her first size 12 skirt. She is still shrinking and getting fitter by the day. She can now realise her dream of getting into the Police Force this year!!
