TRIATHLON AND ATHLETE TRAINING Whilst I am not built for endurance, I do it to show how anyone can do anything they put their mind to, no matter what the obstacles. It is also good to cross train your body so you have a good mix of fast and slow twitch muscle. There is no point in being strong for 2 lifts, you need endurance too.
If you are an aspiring athlete, or an athlete that wants to be the best, then I can train you in sports specific techniques to get you there. Performance nutrition is also a key factor on which we will advise.
