Compound multi-joint exercises designed to develop all associated muscle groups in equilibrium with one another. 

This makes your whole body capable of performing actual real life tasks and minimizes the risk of injury.

This type of training helps correct muscle imbalances and makes you really STRONG so you can deal with most things that come your way in life. That's a 110kg Atlas Stone!!!

This training is not all about lifting Atlas Stones though. Its about not isolating muscles, but using your body the way it was designed.

Learn why the Russians dominated all strength events for so many years.

Kettlebell Training is for everyone with a range of weights from small to 50kg (as pictured in the photo)

Get a Super Strong CORE and whole body strength with Kettlebells. Guys if you think you are strong come and train with these and you will be surprised.

They are also great for training endurance and improving your cardio fitness.

Huge variety of movements and lots of fun.

FIGHTING FIT

Want to learn the basics of Boxing or Muay Thai Kickboxing?

Do you already have Fighting Arts experience? or

Would you just like to train this way as you know that there is No Fitness Like Fighting Fitness

This will get you super lean and cardio fit in no time.

I have over 20 years experience in various Fighting Arts, but Muay Thai is my pick of the bunch.

Get 3-5 of your friends together and I can provide you with a tailored group session focussing on your needs for a very reasonable cost per person.

I also do instruction in Military Unarmed Combat and Self Defence - this will give you the skills to avoid getting hurt, get out of holds, and utilise various techniques to enable you to get away.

Cross Training

Cross Training is a style of training that targets all your energy systems simultaneously. 

It is the ultimate style of training for those people wanting to be a "Jack of all Trades" and wanting that balance of all ten elements of fitness.

You will be able to tackle anything that life throws at you and your abilities in all sports will be markedly improved. You will be fitter, stronger, faster, more balanced, more agile.

Don't be scared as all these workouts come with complete instruction on every movement and are tailored in difficulty to suit everyone from Grandma to Elite Athlete.

If you think you are fit and strong right now - well come and test yourself out. This will challenge you to the core. You can compete across a broad array of designated workouts and try and get your name on the board of honour (top five guys and girls).

I love this training and I do more of this than any other type of training.

FAT LOSS and HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PROGRAM


I don't talk in terms of weight because for the most part weight is irrelevant. What you really want and mean is Fat Loss and body composition (muscle %).


Your muscle is your engine and you will always struggle with Fat while you have a low muscle percentage.


There are no diets and you don't have to kill yourself with exercise, but you will have to exercise and you will have to change your habits.


I can show you the way to get control over your body and maintain it in optimum health for the rest of your life.


I have had people lose more than 40kg of Fat.

GENERAL FITNESS AND OUTDOOR GROUP SESSIONS

I run group fitness classes every morning of the week at 6am.

The classes usually run for a 12 session pack with a fitness assessment at the start and finish so you can track your progress.

Great way to meet new like minded people and have fun.

Huge variety of sessions and locations and very cost effective.
